Mr. P. V.S Prakasam is the founder and promoter of Prajwal Management Services LLP. A former Director with Deloitte, he has successfully helped companies in implementing their growth strategies, managing the performance of their people and processes and to put in place the necessary frameworks required for long-term sustained growth. He has been consulting private & public sector organizations in the areas of people, process and change management for over 15 years. His clients include business houses like Eenadu, TVS, Alstom, Iran Khodro & Eicher, public enterprises like GIC, Naval Dockyard & Kochi Refineries and Institutions like GTZ & DFID and Central & State Governments.
Mr. Prakasam is a B.Tech (Civil), PGDIE (NPC), ICWA and certified ISO 9000 lead assessor.

Mr. G. Rama Harish is the head of the consulting division, CEO Serve. He has been a management consultant for over 10 years in the areas of business performance management, business process reengineering, profitability improvement and change management. A former consultant with Deloitte, Satyam & Wipro, he has led many large scale consulting engagements helping clients achieve their transformational goals by improving performance, processes & profitability and driving change across the organization. His clients include private companies like Geojit BNP Paribas, Asianet, GE Money & V-Guard, public enterprises like Cochin Shipyard, FACT & APSRTC, Institutions like DDA, World Bank and Central & State Governments.
Mr. Harish is a B.E (Mech), PGDBA (Finance) and certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
